My Father's [William Tosco Hill PEPPE] Godfather Found this reference on the web: A Chaplain in the Boer War about his bravery during the Boer War. It was published in the Military History Journal, The South African Military History Society, Vol 3 No 2 December 1974 SA ISSN 0026-4016. Flemming As it appears in his obituary, he was strongly opposed to contraception. Pam JARVIS [née Ina Mary Hill HERON] remembers him well. Each time she gave birth to yet another child (she had 4), she received an award of 5 pounds from uncle Eustace.
